Railjack: Access, Research, Avionics & More! Deluxe Skins – Update 27: Empyrean (Warframe)

Update 27: Empyrean released on PC during
the game awards in 2019. The Update has been live for over a month
but this video is dedicated to the patch notes that were released on launch with follow up
hotfixes receiving their own dedicated videos afterwards. Without further ado. To access empyrean content you have two options,
if players have NOT created their Railjack via the rising tides quest that starts after
the construction of the Drydock in your dojo & after building Cephalon Sy, you can join
other players matches via the Railjack tab in the top right of the Navigation Screen
and then selecting a public node, however before this becomes available you’ll need
to have an Archwing. For those that did build their Railjack via
said quest, you’ll first need to go to the Drydock, enter your Railjack and head to the
reliquary drive located in the back of the ship, as shown on screen. Interact with it and it will start a short
quest that will end with the Railjack powered up for the start your Empyrean Gameplay. To load missions you’ll need to go to the
navigation panel shown on screen and select your missions. This is the only way to launch empyrean missions
as a host with your railjack. You must be within the Railjack. You can transfer quickly to your Railjack
from your orbiter via this prompt at the back of your ship or by the menu option. When in your railjack you’ll also have an
option to return to your orbiter in the menu. Your Railjacks weapons & systems can be upgraded
to Mk1, Mk2 & Later Mk3 via the research panel, but you will first need to research each parts
predecessor. This research is clan wide, so anyone within
your clan can donate towards completion. Once the research for a part has been completed
you can pick up the blueprint and start its construction at the foundry and start working
on the next part. Players can also acquire weapons & systems
via wreckage acquired through Railjack missions. Wreckage will require the player to repair
them before they can be used but it’s extremely important to note that Wreckage items have
RNG stats that will differ with each part found. Each part & avionic will be a part of a manufacturer
house. House Lavan fills the role of cheap parts. House Vidar fills the role of middle ground. And lastly House Zetki fills the role of the
top of the line part manufacturer. Players have the choice to scrap avionics
or their wreckage parts if it’s not what they want and by doing so they’ll gain Dirac. Dirac is the Endo like resource for Empyrean
Content. If you had already invested resources into
repairing a piece of wreckage and you later decided to scrap it mid repair, you will get
your invested resources back. There are 30 Wreckage slots in total and if
you go over this limit any new wreckage that you acquire will be converted into Dirac. You can modify & customize your Railjack via
the shown terminal in the drydock. The first tab covers your shields, engines
and reactor. The second tab is armaments that covers your
railjacks weapons. The Third Tab, Avionics covers your Railjacks
mods & stats. It’s at this point I should note, that Empyrean
features new damage & status effects exclusive to the gametype. As stated by DE within the patch Notes:
• Particle Damage results in a Tear Status Effect:
o Tears holes into the hull of the enemy ship. Allowing players to deal increased damage. • Ballistic Damage results in a Concuss
Status Effect: o Concuss the crew aboard the ship. Enemy has reduced aim and damage. • Plasma Damage results in a Decompress
Status Effect: o Puncture holes into the armor/shields of
the enemy ship. Decreasing the overall shield/armour value. • Incendiary Damage results in a Sear Status
Effect: o Rounds burn through the hull of the ship
dealing Damage Over Time. • Ionic Damage results in a Scramble Status
Effect: o Temporary disable the enemies flight controls. • Chem Damage results in a Intoxicate Status
Effect: o Confuses Enemy pilot. Enemy will target anyone around them. • Frost Damage results in an Immobilize
Status Effect: o Ship controls freeze causing the enemy ship
to fly forward to a stop. You have three Battle Avionic slots & DE describes
Battle Avionics as on-board systems that are unique to the Railjack and are the railjacks
Abilities. There are Nine Integrated Avionic slots and
they affect your Railjacks weapons, shields and overall stats. And lastly you have three tactical avionic
slots and tactical avionics are for unique in battle options. Each Avionic slot can be upgraded through
Dirac and the upgrade grid tab. You can see the rank of your avionic slots
by the 3 diamonds underneath the slot. Each Slot can be upgraded 3 times. Avionics themselves can also be upgraded via
the upgrade avionic tab once again through Dirac. The Fourth tab is under the title payload
and acts as your railjacks foundry. Players will need to craft revolite so they
can repair the ship in battle, Flux Energy so that you can use your battle avionics,
Munitions so that you can launch Ordinance & Dome Charges that will be needed to use
the forward artillery. The Payload can be accessed within mission
at the back of your railjack on the bottom floor, as shown on screen. The Fifth Tab has been titled Intrinsics and
this screen covers the main progression & affinity system of Empyrean. By playing empyrean you’ll earn intrinsic
points and you can use these points to upgrade ranks with each role. Each intrinsic role rank increases your viability
within the given role & unlocks positions for use aboard your Railjack. You can view each rank of the role by hovering
over an intrinsic and right clicking on pc. Each intrinsic point used will give you 1,500
mastery points for a total of 60,000 mastery points when you max out each intrinsic rank
role. As for the purpose of each role:
Tactical is for those that focus on the overall battle and use Abilities. Piloting, obviously focusses on piloting the
Railjack. Gunnery, focusses on the weapons. Engineering, focusses on repairs and support
roles. A fifth role will be coming sometime in 2020,
and that is the command role. This role will focus on assisting Solo players
with AI ship companions. The 6th and final tab on this screen is dedicated
to your railjacks customization. Here you can rename your ship, place a glyph,
change its skin if you purchased one, adjust the wear and tear, and apply your color set
to the outside and inside of the ship. Each Warframe will have a unique ability that
players activate via the tactical menu which itself can be activated in mission aboard
your ship by pressing the L key on PC. These unique abilities per Warframe are shown
on screen but the activation of these abilities will cost Flux Energy. Throughout your Empyrean missions the ship
will get damaged, if the ships health takes damage you’ll need to use the omni tool
given to you at the end of the previously mentioned quest and located within your gear
wheel to fix it. The areas you’ll need to fix will be marked
on the mini map as flames and you’ll need to clear
these before the mission fails. The omni tool & repairs will cost you revolite. The Aforementioned resource. New Resources for this update include, Isos,
Aucrux Capacitors, Gallos Rods, Komms, Trachons, Bracoid, Kesslers, Fresnels, Titanium, Nullstones
& Asterite. Forma Blueprints, Captura Scenes & the Sentient
Arm Cannon can be rewards whether be from the missions or from the sentient ship & secret
quest that appears within the final zone. Now for Market Items. Two New Weapons were introduced with the update
with the blueprints for both, dropping from enemies located on grineer galleons in Railjack
missions. The Quellor is a primary weapon that costs
240 platinum And the Pennant is another 2 handed Nikana
that costs 275p. Both of these weapons are a part of the empyrean
grand bundle that costs 820 platinum and comes with… The Sigma Series armor set, so shoulder, leg
and chest plate. by itself costing 100p, The Sigma Series Syandana
by itself costs 100p, The Sigma Series kavat armor, costs 90 plat, Sigma Series Sugatra
costs 15p, The Zundi pistol skin costs 115p by itself and the last item in the collection
is the Sigma Series Parazon Skin that by itself costs 50p. Excalibur Deluxe is now live and by itself
can be purchased for 195 platinum or if you want the Zato collection that comes with the
Oku Nikana & Zato Sugatra it will cost you 255p. Keep in mind if you buy the skin individually
you will have to pay full price for the collection at a later date if you want the Nikana skin
& Sugatra. The Zato Collection comes to Operators as
a separate pack. It includes the Zato Oculus, Earpiece & facial
accessory for 50 platinum. The Excalibur Zato Animations can be purchased
for 50 platinum each as well. Railjacks have two skins available to purchase. The Sungem skin costs 225platinum and the
caballero skin costs another 225 platinum. Next up is the addition of avionic bundles
in the market each cost 65p and offer 4 avionics. These are under the titles, Vidar Bundle,
Zetki & Lavan. With the Release of this update, DE has stated
that they’ve re-balanced arch guns in Archwing mode only but have changed Submersible use
of the weapons to reflect that of ground based use. As for the rebalance, DE has made it so All
hitscan Arch guns are now projectile when used in space, DE has increased the fall off
range of archwing guns from 200-400 to 300-600, They’ve increased the minimum fall off damage
from 10% to 50% and increased the projectile speed of the Kuva Ayanga when in space. Two New Achievments have been added, those
being: I’m The Captain Now – Pilot a hijacked enemy
Crewship during a Railjack mission. & From out of the Sun – Shoot down 100 enemies
while in a Railjack. Vauban’s Flechette Orb Damage multiplier
now scales based on average enemy level in range The barges within the drydock are now
solid and you can land on them. The mite raknoids spawn time between broods
will now increase over time if the exploiter orb vents aren’t dealt with to address endless
spawn abuse. They’ve reduced the input lag of universal
blink when using a controller and fixed they fixed the blink binding not being automatic
plus they made improvements towards the algorithm of dynamic vendor items to guarantee even
appearances. Riven Disposition has been changed so that
each individual weapon variant has their own Disposition Value, rather than the overall
weapon type holding one. So Kuva, Prime, Vandal, Wraith etc. each have
their own disposition value. For Primary Weapons the follow changes were

  1. Like usual point out any errors or points where you believe there's a lack of information in the case someone might need it.
This is a catch up episode so I don't expect it gain many views but if any of it helps someone, I'm good 😀

  2. you can start up the railjack mission if you have a observatory built just by click find railjack mission group but it will actually start the mission with you as the host

  3. Even with all the bugs and stuff, I don't hate Railjack, I just wish it was more interconnected with everything else. As it stands, I don't have all that much reason to play it anymore, until they add different missions and more rewards.

  4. Quit after the torrid grind when I realized fortuna was a ridiculous rng grind, a player needs rng generated torrids to raise status with the goofy trade npcs also need them to purchase bps and useless junk. Just a "I have no life or job game". Platframe.

  5. railjack armaments are no longer auto scrapped when you exceed the limit of wreckage inventory slots.
Instead, you will be prompted a message which says that you cannot participate in any railjack missions until you are below the limit. It will no longer auto scrap the armament.
Change was made after Players complained losing desired reactors after a session of farming (vidar reactors).

Lavan armaments have increased weapon accuracy and status chance.
Vidar armaments have increased crit chance and another thing that i forgot :-/
Zekti armaments have increased status and crit, generally deals more damage, however, at the cost of 2x heat accretion. The heat accretion is 4x with Cryophon.
