N. Korean media defends projectile launch, blames S. Korea for violating inter-Korean agreement

North Korean state media has defended its
recent launch of projectiles into the East Sea… calling it a normal military exercise
conducted within its territorial waters. Radio Pyeongyang on Tuesday blamed South Korea
for violating the inter-Korean Comprehensive Military Agreement aimed at reducing tensions
by conducting joint Dongmaeng drills with the U.S. It added the international community,… including
the U.S. and Japan,… hasn’t said Pyeongyang’s launch violated any rules… as it wasn’t
a mid-range or inter-continental ballistic missile.
